Limitation of liability. The Fishtail Market is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
