Shipping Policy

We ship across all 13 Canadian provinces and territories from our store in Kamloops, BC.

Flat rate. A flat shipping fee applies to all orders. The rate depends on your location and order weight, calculated at checkout.

Free local pickup. If you are in Kamloops, select pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 3 PM.

Local delivery. Free delivery within Kamloops city limits for orders over $50.

Processing time. Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or BC statutory holidays.

Transit times. Within BC: 2-5 business days. Across Canada: 5-10 business days. Remote and northern territories may take longer.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections.
